The form is an Adobe Acrobat file, which can be filled in electronically.
If you are using either the Standard or Professional version
of Adobe Acrobat you can save the form and email it back. If
you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader, the form can be filled out
electronically and returned by fax or post.
The email, postal address and fax number to be used when returning
the Registration Form are on Page 2 of the form and below.
The Conference fee and completed application form should be returned by 5th May 2006 for the Early Full Delegate / Early Student Rate or by 15th June 2006 for the Full Delegate / Student Rate to:-

In order that you keep your costs down we recommend that you book flights and accommodation as early as possible
Cancellation Policy: Substitute delegates are welcome but in the event of cancellation the following charges apply. Written cancellation received before 5TH May 2006: a full refund less a 20% cancellation fee will be made. Written cancellation received between 6th May and 15th June 2006 inclusive: a full refund less 50% cancellation fee will be made. No refund will be made after that date.
